We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

 

Processing Time

• All items are made to order, with a processing time of up to 14 days before dispatch.

• This timeline includes production, quality checks, and packaging.

• Orders placed during peak Carnival season may experience slight delays, so we strongly encourage early purchases.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Courier Service: Tracked UK delivery

A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard: (3-5 business days) after your order has been processed
• Express (Next Day by 1pm)

 

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

 

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OPM is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, OPM CARNIVAL is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.

We will assist where possible if an issue arises, but refunds or replacements will not be issued for courier-related delays.
