Refund policy
Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our products, and in strict adherence to hygiene standards, we maintain a no returns, no refunds policy on all purchases.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to:
• Fete-wear bodysuits
• Accessories worn close to the skin (e.g., sleeves, thigh bags etc.)
This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer safety.
We take great care in inspecting each item before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of recieving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution on a case-by-case basis.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
While we do not accept returns, we understand that certain sizing issues may arise. Therefore, we offer limited exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are only allowed for sizing adjustments.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
