How long does it take to ship the fete-wear?

All items are available on a pre-order basis and are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. This timeframe includes the creation of your item, quality checks, and packaging.

During peak Carnival season, production and dispatch times may be slightly longer due to high demand. We strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We use Royal Mail for all shipping and delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: Next business day by 1:00 PM

Please note that express delivery times may be affected by bank holidays, weekends, or circumstances beyond our control.

What's the return policy?

Due to the intimate and delicate nature of our products, and in strict adherence to hygiene standards, we maintain a no returns, no refunds policy on all purchases.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, including but not limited to:

• Fete-wear bodysuits

• Accessories worn close to the skin (e.g., sleeves, thigh bags etc.)

This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and customer safety.

We take great care in inspecting each item before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of recieving your order.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution on a case-by-case basis. 

What material is the fete-wear?

Our fete-wear costumes are crafted from high-quality spandex lycra, offering a comfortable, flexible fit that moves with your body and enhances every curve.

Can I wash the fete-wear?

Yes, our bodywear can be gently hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid wringing, bleaching, or machine drying to preserve the fabric’s stretch, color, and shape. Lay flat to dry.
